Cliff Hlatswayo Inc (CHi Attorneys) was founded in 2025 as an Enterprise Development initiative of Savage Jooste and Adams Inc and is based in the Menlo Park area.

CHi Attorneys consist of a passionate team of attorneys, consultants, and advisors with extensive exposure and experience in multidisciplinary legal services which are focused on efficiency, effectiveness and quality. Cliff Hlatswayo, founder and director of Cliff Hlatswayo Inc “CHi Attorneys”, is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Cliff served and completed his articles of clerkship at Savage Jooste & Adams attorneys, where he was later appointed as a Professional Assistant and worked in both Conveyancing and Third-Party Litigation departments. He was admitted as an attorney in 2024, whereafter, he founded CHi Attorneys in 2025.

Fairooz Abdul Kader is admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary. Fairooz served her articles of clerkship at Savage Jooste & Adams and was admitted as an attorney in 2018. She thereafter also qualified as a Conveyancer and Notary. She specializes in all types of Conveyancing and Notarial work. She has extensive experience and expertise in Township and Sectional Title Developments, general conveyancing, Correspondent Conveyancing and Notarial Services.

Skilled in Public Speaking, Management, Event Planning, and curriculum development, Dr Refiloe is a strong education professional with BA Law degree, LLB (bachelor of laws) LLM (master of laws) and LLD (doctor of laws) degrees from University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria.
